We strictly reject pre-dyed factory shortcuts. Every order is hand-colored and custom-toned in our studio.

Advanced Extensions

• In-Stock Shades: Most standard tones pass final QC and slip out the door within 3 to 5 business days.

• Dimensional & Custom Shades (Balayage/Rooted): Because our raw Mongolian, European, and Slavic hair takes time to safely pigment, backordered or custom blends require 7 to 14 business days in the studio. If your client's salon install date is tight, shoot an email to hello@puredivinehair.com to verify real-time vault availability first.

Bespoke Wigs & Toppers

• Size S & M: Raw, ethically sourced bases are ready in our vault. Hand-colored and shipped within 10 business days.
