– The hair is Mongolian virgin — never chemically processed before it reaches our colorist. The balayage is hand-painted in-house, slow-developed, and rinsed at exactly the right moment. That’s why the blonde looks the way it does.

– The knots are tight and small. Lightly bleached — just enough to disappear, not enough to weaken. You can press scar tape inside the cap, dust a little powder, or use a concealer. Most clients don’t bother.

– There’s a silk liner sitting over the lace top. It protects the knots and adds a layer between the cap and your scalp. Pull it out if you don’t want it. It’s that simple.

– Made-to-Order Timeline: Because we maintain zero prefabricated stock and dye each wig uniquely upon request, your bespoke piece requires dedicated time and artistry. Please allow an artisanal production and processing timeframe of 14 to 25 business days before your piece is cleared for dispatch.
