– The hair is European virgin — untouched before it reaches our colorist. The brunette is built in three stages: a deep root left dark and intentional, hand-painted chestnut through the mid-lengths, and warm golden tones pressed through the ends. One technique, done right. That’s why it has depth. That’s why it doesn’t look like a wig.

– The knots are tight, small, and lightly bleached. Conceal with scar tape inside the cap, a touch of powder, or concealer. The removable silk liner sits over the lace top to protect the knots and extend the life of the wig.

– The cut is soft and layered — face-framing pieces that fall forward, longer layers that move at the back. Worn straight or with a loose wave. It’s already styled. You just put it on.

– Made-to-Order Timeline: Because we maintain zero prefabricated stock and dye each wig uniquely upon request, your bespoke piece requires dedicated time and artistry. Please allow an artisanal production and processing timeframe of 14 to 25 business days before your piece is cleared for dispatch.

– Courier & Security: All orders enjoy complimentary premium shipping dynamically matched to your country via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. For maximum security of your high-value asset, full online transit tracking is provided, and a direct signature is strictly required upon delivery.

– International Delivery: Once dispatched, estimated transit timeframes range from 5 to 10 business days depending on your specific country and geographic region. Please note that destination customs clearances may occasionally induce unexpected delays.

– Duties & Customs: International orders may be subject to inbound customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your destination country. These fees are regulated by your local authorities, managed directly by the courier, and are the sole responsibility of the client.

– Salon Craftsmanship: Every piece in our collection is meticulously hand-colored and customized by our in-house master stylists. Due to the artisanal and highly custom nature of this premium coloring process, all pieces are non-refundable and all sales are strictly final.

– Pre-Shipment Verification: To ensure complete transparency, our design studio will reach out to you via email or text before dispatch. We will provide high-definition photos and video details of your specific piece under dynamic lighting. Your piece will only be shipped once you have personally approved every color nuance.
